Not only can she fix stuff, she can provide tutorials on how to use things or better use things, which is often the case. You name it-she's helped my family and she can help you. Computers (PC and Mac), all the i-whatevers (pods, touches, etc), a complete new soup- to-nuts home entertainment system, child safety/parental controls, hacker/online safety issues, software, etc. She has been such a tremendous help on so many technology/electronic fronts. So while there are a couple of older postings for Becky, she is so good, I have to add my own recommendation.
